About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as an Education Engagement Support Officer. In this role, you will be responsible for proactively engaging students to ensure high-quality learning experiences and supporting program delivery of VCE, VCE-VM and VPC.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify students in need of support sourced from various information.
  • Actively support the implementation of teaching and learning frameworks.
  • Support students in the classroom by working one-to-one or in small groups to engage with content and reinforce lessons.
  • Support students with emotional or behavioral challenges to develop social and emotional skills.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A relevant qualification at post-secondary level, including education support, youth work and/or social work or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Demonstrated evidence of ongoing professional development.
