Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced professional to manage engagements with multiple customers, supporting their Azure and Databricks environments.

">

This role requires demonstrated hands-on experience in building and optimizing scalable data processing solutions using Azure Databricks and associated big data technologies.

">

The candidate will be responsible for standing up new environments, managing and optimizing existing environments, and providing best-practice advice and support to clients to optimise their data pipelines and overall Azure infrastructure.

  • ">
  • Conduct workshops with business stakeholders and subject matter experts to confirm requirements, explore the art of the possible and manage expectations.">
  • Lead delivery projects including mentoring and oversight of technical delivery resources.">
  • Design and implement solutions using Databricks, Microsoft Fabric, Microsoft Purview, Azure Machine Learning, Azure Data Factory, Data Lake, and Synapse, Azure OpenAI.">
  • Deliver successful outcomes in client engagements, ensuring high customer satisfaction ratings.">
  • Act as the point of escalation for project-related issues.">
  • Complete pre-sales activities supporting the sales team such as building proofs of concept, presenting demonstrations to customers, and developing high-level designs.">
  • Drive continuous improvements of the implementation methodology and service offerings based on client experiences.">
  • Develop documentation to facilitate knowledge transfer of both process and solution to the production team.

Requirements:

  • ">
  • 5+ years' experience designing and delivering data and AI centric solutions.">
  • Experience leading projects and mentoring junior resources.">
  • Experience working with an external customer base, ideally in a consulting capacity.">
  • Experience and comfort working with varied stakeholders up to and including C-level.">
  • Experience in architecture and pre-sales.">
  • Ideal experience with Generative AI, machine learning and predictive analytics solutions.">
  • Ideal experience in Healthcare sector.
