Job Description

This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with children aged birth to 7 years, providing a range of multidisciplinary early intervention supports across NSW and Victoria. You will be part of a dedicated team working collaboratively with families, other professionals, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain respectful relationships with families, colleagues, and stakeholders
  • Develop and implement individualised therapy plans to support the developmental needs of children
  • Administer and score assessments, report writing, and provide feedback to families
  • Work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating exceptional communication skills and time management
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Australian recognised tertiary qualifications in Speech Pathology
  • Current registration with Speech Pathology Australia
  • Experience in establishing and maintaining relationships with stakeholders, supporting child development, and administering assessments
  • Exceptional communication and organisational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office and online databases
