Sutherland Shire, Australia KU Children's Services Full time

At KU Children's Services, we are seeking a dedicated Speech Pathologist to join our Allied Health Program. This role will involve providing early intervention services to children aged birth to 7 years, across NSW and Victoria.

We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic therapist who is committed to helping make a difference in the lives of children in play-based learning environments.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Australian recognised tertiary qualifications in Speech Pathology
  • Current registration with Speech Pathology Australia
  • Experience in establishing and maintaining respectful relationships with a range of stakeholders
  • Experience in supporting the developmental needs of children
  • Experience in administering and scoring a range of assessments
  • Experience in report writing and providing feedback to families
  • Ability to work independently as well as within a team
  • Exceptional communication skills, written and oral
  • Proficient using Microsoft Office package and online databases
  • Meticulous time management and organisation skills
  • Current drivers' license and use of a comprehensively insured, registered motor vehicle
  • Senior First Aid Certificate
  • Working with Children Check
  • NDIS Worker Check or willing to obtain
  • A Medicare Provider number or willing to obtain
