We are seeking an experienced Senior Property Manager to join our client's dynamic team. As a key member of the portfolio management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the portfolio, working closely with a collaborative team of Property Management Specialists.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of properties located in the Northern corridor
  • Work closely with a team of Property Management Specialists to achieve portfolio goals
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure properties are being managed effectively
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve portfolio performance
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve excellent customer service and satisfaction

Requirements
