Return to Work Specialist

Job Summary

As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting claims teams with strategic return to work advice.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support customers and clients with recovery, return to work, and return to health initiatives;
  • Develop and support strategic return to work solutions;
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve positive impact on return to work outcomes;
  • Educate and inform stakeholders on the return to work process and legislative requirements;

About You:

  • Previous experience and/or qualifications in injury rehabilitation, vocational counselling or allied health;
        Strongly desired: Certified Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor (CVRCP), Certified Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC)
  • Ability to work in a sensitive environment with compassion and professionalism;
        Excellent interpersonal skills, with ability to communicate effectively at all levels of organization;
  • Highly developed communication skills, with ability to engage and influence at all levels of organization;
        Strong verbal and written communication skills, with ability to prepare detailed reports and presentations;
