Home Support Assistant Wanted

We are looking for individuals who have a genuine passion for providing high-quality care to our clients. As a home support assistant, you will be responsible for assisting with daily tasks, providing companionship, and promoting independence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Accompany clients on outings, provide transportation, and assist with errands
  • Prepare meals and snacks, as well as perform light housekeeping duties
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to our clients
Requirements:
  • Aged Care/Disability Certificate 3 or equivalent qualification
  • Current Driver's license and access to a comprehensive insured vehicle
  • First Aid and CPR certification
  • Australian Federal Police Check and NSW Working with Children's Check
Benefits:

This role offers competitive hourly rates, plus shift loadings and superannuation. You will also receive ongoing support and supervision from our dedicated Care Coordination Team, consisting of trained Enrolled and Registered Nurses.

About the Role:

This is a casual position, working between Monday to Friday 7am – 6pm, with opportunities for weekend work. You will be required to drive to clients between Carlingford and Lidcombe, Auburn to Strathfield/Burwood, including Homebush, Concord, and surrounding suburbs.
