Sydney-based corporate law firm is seeking a highly skilled and organized Finance Administrator to join their team in Sydney office.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for daily banking, monthly bank reconciliations, and maintenance of trust accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Bank Reconciliations: Ensure accurate and timely reconciliation of all financial transactions.
  • Financial Transactions: Process client details, staff disbursements, invoices, credit notes, and debtors accounts.
  • Collections Work: Follow up on overdue payments with customers efficiently and politely.
Requirements
  • Exceptional time management skills and ability to prioritize workload logically.
  • Confident processing bank reconciliations and allocating payments.
  • Possess excellent written and communication skills.
  • Be a team player able to liaise effectively with other existing team members to maximize productivity.
