Finance Officer Role

The EVE Hotel is seeking a skilled Finance Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the financial and logistical aspects of our hotel operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process invoices and purchase orders with precision, ensuring accuracy and compliance with our standards.
  • Follow up on accounts receivable, maintaining the financial integrity of the hotel and fostering strong relationships with suppliers and clients.
  • Handle account inquiries with professionalism, providing clear and concise communication to resolve any issues.
  • Oversee daily banking operations, ensuring all transactions are processed efficiently and accurately.
  • Perform payroll data entry with meticulous attention to detail.

About You:

  • You have a solid understanding of accounting principles and possess excellent organizational skills.
  • You bring valuable experience from previous roles in accounts, front office, or night audit within a similar hotel structure.
  • You exhibit exceptional communication skills, engaging with clients and suppliers in a manner that reflects our commitment to excellence.
