Electrophysiology Specialist Opportunity

The successful candidate will provide clinical, technical, and educational support in electrophysiology procedures, demonstrating expertise to influence superior outcomes.

About the Role

The primary focus of this position is to support the introduction of new therapy through the recent launch of a cutting-edge system, allowing for advanced treatment options.

The ideal candidate will travel as required to meet customer demand and attend cases face-to-face or remotely, operating equipment and providing detailed training and advice to physicians.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clinical Support: Provide troubleshooting and guidance to diagnose and treat cardiac arrhythmias.
  • Technical Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of electrophysiology procedures and products, providing training to medical professionals.
  • Customer Engagement: Collect and report medical documentation, respond to complex customer needs, and record customer information in a CRM system.
  • Industry Representation: Attend meetings, conferences, and exhibitions to promote services and products.
Requirements
  • Previous Experience: Essential to have previous clinical case experience in electrophysiology/rhythm management.
  • Strong Skills: Strong technical and clinical skills, proven ability to absorb complex technical information, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Tertiary Qualifications: Tertiary qualifications in preferred disciplines, exposure and understanding of conventional EP, ability to interpret EP signals, and troubleshooting skills.
