About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to lead the launch of groundbreaking technologies in Electrophysiology across Australia & New Zealand.

The role will be based in Victoria and will report into a Business Development Manager.

As a Business Development Specialist, you will combine your technical expertise, business acumen, and clinical experience to:

  • Drive product adoption and educate hospital teams on the safe and effective use of EP technologies.
  • Build strategic relationships with KOLs, decision-makers, and healthcare providers to expand market presence and enhance patient care.
  • Provide in-depth training, case support, and troubleshooting to ensure seamless integration of PFA, RF ablation, 3D mapping, and more.
  • Collaborate with research teams to advance evidence generation and help shape the future of EP therapy.
  • Partner with sales, marketing, and education teams to develop and execute strategic growth initiatives in electrophysiology.
  • Analyse market trends and identify opportunities to drive business growth and product positioning.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • At least 3 years of experience in Electrophysiology, specifically within a commercial or business-focused role.
  • Extensive knowledge of Electrophysiology procedures with expertise in pulsed field ablation, RF ablation, 3D mapping, and EP signal interpretation.
  • Strong commercial mindset with the ability to drive product adoption and market growth.
  • Excellent relationship-building, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to travel as needed for clinical support and business development.
