Our Adelaide office is a great place to work, with a team of around 7 consultants who enjoy a collaborative and supportive approach to their work.

You will be responsible for recruiting professionals within the professional services sector, including roles such as administrators, customer service representatives, data entry clerks, accounts and finance professionals, and recruitment and HR specialists.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing new business opportunities through targeted recruitment strategies.
  • Building strong relationships with new, existing, and lapsed clients through client visits and networking.
  • Negotiating job offers and meeting agreed KPI activity and revenue targets.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Experience working within a recruitment environment or successful stakeholder management experience in a professional setting.
  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to professionally relate, influence, lead, negotiate, and express yourself when communicating with all stakeholders.
