We are currently seeking a proactive Business Growth Specialist to join our Sales and Engineering Team.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining and growing commercial procurement relationships, identifying new opportunities, and expanding our customer network.

This role offers national exposure through industry events and networking opportunities. Extensive domestic travel is involved, ensuring strong relationships with customers and industry partners.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Identify and cultivate new business opportunities in key sectors, including mining and quarrying.
  2. Build and maintain professional relationships with procurement, engineering, and maintenance teams.
  3. Lead consultative sales process, prepare quotations, and contribute to tenders.
  4. Actively engage in industry events and networking opportunities.
  5. Collaborate with internal teams to provide tailored solutions that meet customer needs.
Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualification in Mechanical Engineering or relevant experience in the engineering sector.
  • Minimum 12 months of experience in engineering solutions-based business development with a proven sales track record.
  • Strong communication skills, written, spoken, and presentation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
