Job Description

A business development role where you can leverage your sales expertise to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.

We are seeking a highly experienced Sales Manager to lead our team of sales professionals in driving sales for high-value industrial projects across QLD and NSW.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales, with a strong background in construction, industrial, or engineering environments.

This is an exceptional opportunity to work with a reputable contractor delivering high-quality services to clients who value precision, reliability, and accountability.

Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven sales leadership experience in construction, industrial, or engineering environments
  • Strong networking skills to build relationships with Tier 1 and Tier 2 contractors
  • Ability to lead and mentor a small sales/admin team
  • Familiarity with the HV electrical environment
