Business Operations Manager
We are seeking an experienced Business Operations Manager to oversee the smooth functional flow of our venues. The successful candidate will have a strong commercial acumen and be able to effectively manage resources, as well as excellent communication and personal skills.
The Business Operations Manager will be responsible for ensuring that all business operations run efficiently, while also identifying opportunities to streamline processes through regular financial and performance reporting.
In addition to these responsibilities, the Business Operations Manager will be expected to develop and execute strategies to reduce labour turnover, maintain exceptional customer service and exceed client expectations, and continue to build, develop and enhance client relationships.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have experience in guest management and hospitality, as well as strong commercial acumen. You will also require excellent communication and personal skills, evidence of building successful business relationships at senior executive level, and strong and decisive leadership skills. Additionally, you will need to have an in-depth understanding of hospitality and food safety standards and relevant qualifications such as hospitality or business qualifications.
