About the Role
  • This role involves leading the Victorian initiative in the sales, listing & marketing of commercial properties across Geelong and the Surf Coast region.
Your Key Responsibilities
  • Maintaining strong relationships with key clients and achieving a high presence in the marketplace.
  • Sourcing, listing, selling and leasing commercial properties across Geelong and surrounding areas.
  • Maintaining an active pipeline of potential buyers and sellers.
  • Negotiating property transactions from start to finish.
  • Cultivating and nurturing strong relationships with key account clients and maintaining a high presence in the marketplace.
  • Delivering market knowledge and advice to clients.
  • Coordinating with the Marketing department to market and sell properties.
What We're Looking For
  • You are a commercially astute hunter with entrepreneurial spirit.
  • A skilled communicator with the ability to converse with a diverse range of stakeholders.
  • A willingness to learn and ambitions to grow.
  • A current Real Estate License or Victorian Agent's Representative Certificate or be willing to study to become a certified agent.
