Commercial Property Sales Professional

We are seeking an enterprising sales professional to lead our Victorian initiative in the sales, listing and marketing of commercial properties across Geelong and the Surf coast region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and ensure a high presence in the marketplace
  • Sourcing, listing, selling and leasing of commercial properties across Geelong and surrounding areas
  • Maintaining an active pipeline of both potential buyers and sellers
  • Negotiating property transactions from start to finish
  • Conducting inspections and all other duties associated with listing and selling/leasing a commercial property
  • Cultivating & nurturing strong relationships with key account clients and ensuring a high presence in the marketplace
  • Delivering market knowledge and advice to clients
  • Coordinating the marketing and selling of properties including organising signboards, brochures, advertising, information memorandums and videos
Requirements:
  • A commercially astute individual with a natural talent for hunting business opportunities
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with B2B experience
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to converse with a diverse range of stakeholders
  • Willingness to learn and ambitions to grow
  • Current Real Estate License or Victorian Agent's Representative Certificate or willingness to study to become a certified agent
