Customer Engagement Specialist

Deliver personalized customer experiences through strategic data-driven marketing campaigns. As a key member of our CRM & Loyalty team, you will drive customer retention and loyalty by identifying and capitalizing on new opportunities.

This role involves leveraging your expertise in CRM and email marketing to optimize campaign performance, support lifecycle strategies, and enhance our loyalty program.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, with the ability to collect and analyze complex data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights that inform business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement targeted CRM campaigns across multiple channels, utilizing Emarsys or similar platforms.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute customer segmentation strategies.
  • Establish and maintain dashboards and campaign reports, providing stakeholders with timely and relevant insights.
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of experience in CRM and email marketing, with a focus on personalization and segmentation.
  • Proficiency in Emarsys or similar platforms, with hands-on experience in building emails and setting up automation workflows.
  • Strong understanding of customer lifecycle marketing principles and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work autonomously and prioritize tasks effectively.
