Job Description

As a strategic leader, you will drive technology transformation across our mining equipment portfolio. You will define and execute a customer-focused technology strategy that aligns with business objectives.

You will collaborate across the business to integrate innovative technologies into customer operations. From fleet management systems to predictive maintenance and autonomous solutions – you will be at the forefront of mining technology.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement technology strategies that meet customer needs and drive business growth.
  • Identify and implement innovative solutions to address customer challenges.
  • Lead complex problem-solving initiatives to optimize service delivery.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across sales, marketing, customer support, engineering, and IT.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Deep experience in mining technology and HME solutions like FMS, AHS, and predictive maintenance tools.
