Job Description:
Purpose of the Role:
The Senior Transformation Executive plays a critical role within the Office of the CEO, supporting the Chief of Staff in driving execution of strategic priorities.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Lead delivery of CEO-led initiatives, including special projects and enterprise transformation programs;
- Oversee continuous improvement of executive governance forums and operating rhythms to ensure timely outcomes;
- Provide advisory support to the CEO through provision of structured data and recommendations for action follow-through;
- Guide strategic direction and decision-making through insights into competitive positioning;
- Oversee development, performance, and delivery of strategic OKRs aligned to CEO's transformation goals.
Requirements:
- Extensive experience in top-tier management consulting or equivalent strategy, transformation, or PMO role;
- Broad experience working at organizational strategic level with knowledge of transformation principles and operating model change;
- Deep analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex information into clear insights;
- Experience preparing high-quality board and executive-level materials;
- Significant exposure to corporate governance, project delivery lifecycles, or performance measurement frameworks.
Candidates should possess:
- Strong leadership and problem-solving capabilities;
- Ability to influence across all levels and functions;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Strategic and commercially astute mindset;
- Agile approach to navigating ambiguity in fast-paced environment.
