The SHE Coordinator role requires a proactive approach to supporting the management of occupational health, safety and environment.
The Role- Coordinate Factory SHE strategy & program development, ensuring alignment with Market and Corporate objectives.
- Monitor and communicate performance data to inform decision making regarding SHE integration into business operations.
- Maintain adherence to company principles, policies and SHE requirements.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Responsibilities include:
- Developing and sustaining local networks for effective collaboration and information sharing.
- Implementing, controlling, maintaining and improving Factory SHE Management systems.
- Providing support to the SHE Manager and Line Managers to achieve Factory SHE objectives.
- Ensuring accurate management of SHE performance data.
- Certificate IV in Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) is essential.
- Completion of a 5-day WHS Representative course is desirable.
- Minimum 1 year's experience in Factory Operations, preferably in a Safety role.
- Clear and effective communication skills are crucial.
