  • Support site investigations and performance assessments with project and engineering teams.
  • Prepare reports including routine updates, ITPs, progress reports, and other status documentation.
  • Support development and implementation of O&M manuals, procedures, and plans.

Contractor & Stakeholder Coordination
  • Interface with clients and stakeholders to coordinate activities and manage documentation (e.g. work permits, SWMS).
  • Manage and supervise contractors on-site, ensuring coordination and WHSEQ compliance.
  • Identify, tender, negotiate, and manage local subcontractors, including scoping, estimating, and requesting quotations.
  • Manage site spares and consumables, and maintain accurate registers in line with commercial contracts.
  • Manage warranty claims and maintain accurate registers to ensure contractual compliance.

Technical Leadership & Team Development
  • Lead, coach, and mentor the team to enhance technical knowledge and ensure safe work practices.
  • Ensure technicians have the required skills and knowledge to perform work safely.
  • Maintain site documentation including drawings, OEM manuals, procedures, and safety records.
  • Attend internal and external meetings as required.
  • Nominated Electrical Supervisor for the sites under the relevant state contractors licence
  • Serve as the primary contact under the NSP Operating Protocols for relevant sites
