About the Role

This position plays a crucial part in day-to-day operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in all transaction activities.

The Payments Specialist will process and reconcile domestic and international payments, perform transaction allocations, and maintain accurate records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process domestic and international payments, including direct debits and third-party transfers
  • Perform transaction allocations and manage rejections
  • Conduct daily reconciliations between internal systems and external bank records
  • Maintain accurate records to support audit and regulatory requirements
  • Prioritise and manage workflow to meet deadlines
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Reconciliation and payment processing experience is essential
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in finance, fund admin or similar
  • Basic Excel skills (e.g. filtering, formulas)
  • Eager to learn, proactive and reliable
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
