Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Administration Officer to join our team at Crystal Brook Hospital. As a key member of our administration department, you will provide exceptional support services to ensure the efficient management of our hospital operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the hospital switchboard and reception area, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment for patients and visitors.
  • Develop and maintain accurate records and databases, including resident management systems and data entry into Chiron and Working Systems.
  • Provide administrative support for meetings, including taking and typing minutes, and developing spreadsheets and documents using Microsoft Office.
  • Assist with the accreditation process, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
