About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Officer to join our team at Orroroo Hospital. As an Administrative Support Officer, you will provide high-quality administrative support to clients, staff, and visitors, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the hospital switchboard and reception area
- Create, store, retain, and dispose of resident records and contribute to the efficient resident management system
- Maintain accurate data entry into the patient management system
- Develop and maintain spreadsheets and Microsoft Office documents
- Take and type meeting minutes and agendas
- Coordinate appointments and manage correspondence and bookings
- Perform general administrative duties

- Sound data entry skills and proficiency in computer software packages

- Bright and friendly demeanor with the willingness to assist with all customer and client enquiries
