Job Title:
Inside Sales Growth LeaderBe an innovator and drive business growth by leading the Inside Sales team to achieve exceptional outcomes. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a brand-new Inside Sales function, working closely with the Head of Sales and Marketing to shape the team's future and develop a clear career pathway into Business Development and leadership.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish a robust framework for the Inside Sales team, fostering a culture of excellence and high-performing results.
- Develop and implement process improvements to drive success, leveraging best practices and data-driven insights.
- Lead and manage sales professionals to achieve exceptional outcomes, providing guidance and support to ensure their growth and development.
- Respond to inbound leads, follow up on quotes, reconnect with lapsed customers, and identify cross-sell opportunities to drive revenue growth.
- Conduct outbound cold calls to drive new business opportunities, leveraging strong communication and negotiation skills to close deals.
- 2-3 years' experience managing or leading a sales team (inside sales), with a proven track record of driving business growth and improvement.
- Strong leadership skills, ability to establish tone, structure, and strategy, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with dynamic sales environments and measurable impact, with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
