The Quality Specialist plays a pivotal role in driving quality improvement initiatives across our organization, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and accreditation requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collect, analyze, and report data related to quality indicators, outcome measures, and client satisfaction surveys, thereby identifying areas for improvement.
  • Assist in the preparation of internal and external audits, including documentation review, chart audits, and regulatory surveys, to ensure adherence to organizational policies and contractual obligations.
  • Support quality improvement projects, including Plan-Do-Study-Act (PDSA) cycles and root cause analyses, to address specific challenges and optimize service delivery.
  • Implement quality improvement efforts in various programs, ensuring effective communication and collaboration among stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • A bachelor's degree in public health, Health Administration, Psychology, Social Work, Nursing, or a related field is required.
  • A master's degree in healthcare administration, Public Health, Social Work, or a related field is preferred.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a healthcare or behavioral health quality improvement setting is required.
