**About the role**
Our client is looking to appoint a Clinical Facilitator to support the delivery of clinical training across their not-for-profit organisation.

Key responsibilities include:

- Educate, mentor and support care staff to deliver a high level of quality care
- Assess and identify clinical gaps and provide cost effective training solutions
- Design, implement and deliver in house training programs
- Develop and maintain an online library of training resources
- Provide coaching and advice to clinical staff
- Build positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Maintain accurate training records

To be successful in the role you will have:

- Bachelor of Nursing
- Current AHPRA registration
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or willing to obtain)
- Demonstrated experience as a Registered Nurse within aged care
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- National Police and NDIS clearances
- Flu vaccination and Covid vaccinations
- Designated consultant to support you through the recruitment process
- Preparation advice regarding resume, cover letter and interview success
