Job Opportunity: Gaming Venue Operations Supervisor

As a pivotal member of our team, you will support senior management in day-to-day operations at a premium racing and entertainment venue. Your focus will be on delivering exceptional customer service while working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure high standards are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cash and Expenditure Management
  • Process Implementation and Procedure Adherence
  • Stock Control and Inventory Management
  • Staff Supervision and Scheduling
  • Customer Service Standards Promotion
  • Assistance with Daily Venue Operations
  • Compliance with OHS Practices

Requirements:- Minimum 2 years' experience in a supervisory role (preferably within a complex entertainment venue)- Valid RSA, RSG, Gaming License, Food Handlers, Drivers license, First Aid, and TAB Accreditation- Strong cash handling skills and understanding of compliance regulations- Ability to manage and implement process improvements- Leadership skills to confidently direct a team and support senior leaders- Proficiency in administration and IT systems- Conflict resolution and problem-solving abilities- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Self-motivated individual with a positive attitude
