Executive Assistant Role Overview">As a valued member of our team, you will provide high-quality administrative support to the Chief LIF and contribute to the delivery of Defence objectives.The role provides opportunities for professional growth and development in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage administration requirements for the Chief LIF efficiently and discreetly;
  • Work collaboratively with senior leaders, Defence, academia, and industry to support and deliver LIF objectives;
  • Consolidate and analyze information to coordinate and assist in the preparation of written submissions, briefs, inquiry outcomes, corporate reports, minutes, and other correspondence for Defence and external stakeholders;

- Solutions-focused and proactive attitude;

- Ability to build trust and demonstrate integrity with internal and external stakeholders;
