About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and passionate swim instructor to join our team. As a Learn to Swim Supervisor, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality swimming lessons to members of all ages and abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver engaging and safe swimming lessons that meet the needs of our members.

  • Supervise and support other swim instructors to ensure excellent customer service and program delivery.

  • Develop and maintain relationships with members and staff to promote the Learn to Swim program.

  • Identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes to enhance the program's success.

Requirements:

  • AUSTSWIM or Swim Australia Teacher of Swimming and Water Safety qualification.

  • First Aid Certificate with CPR.

  • Working with Children Check.

  • Criminal history check.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Flexibility to work a varied schedule including weekends and public holidays.
