Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to deliver exceptional service in our Financial Crime Operations division.

About the Role

This senior role requires a deep understanding of Anti-Money Laundering, Counter Terrorism Financing, and Sanctions regulations.

  • Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of financial crime laws and regulations.
  • Contribute to customer satisfaction by prioritizing quality control and operational excellence.
  • Demonstrate expertise in end-to-end processes and task execution in line with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

This is a challenging role requiring existing and demonstrable skills in financial crime operations.

We are a team of 2000 Operations Professionals dedicated to managing AML/CTF and Sanctions risks through operational services like AML, CTF, KYC, Sanctions, and ECDD.
