We are seeking an ambitious and innovative leader to spearhead our Recreation and Leisure team.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong strategic mindset, excellent leadership skills and the ability to drive a culture of collaborative work performance.

Key responsibilities include leading the development of policy directions, sports development at the grassroots level and providing expert advice to shape our organisation's future directions.

The Coordinator Recreation and Leisure is a critical role in our new Community Participation team, working directly with external and internal stakeholders.

No two days are ever the same, with a strong network of sport and recreation groups across the municipality and an innovative new leisure operational model.
