About the Role

The world needs innovative food solutions that are not only delicious but also sustainable. At Nourish Ingredients, we're on a mission to revolutionize the plant-based and alternative protein sector.

We're seeking an experienced Chief Operating Officer to join our team and help us achieve our ambitious goals. As a key player in our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive growth, profitability, and efficiency.

In this role, you will work closely with our Executive Management team to create, implement, and roll out plans for operational processes, internal infrastructure, reporting systems, and company policies.

Key responsibilities of the COO include:

  • Developing and executing a strategic growth plan for the organization.
  • Leading and championing Nourish's approach to financial management, ensuring effective resource allocation.
  • Working with the CEO and CFO in the capital raise process, participating in road shows and presenting information effectively to potential investors.
  • Ensuring good governance and record-keeping practices throughout the organization.
  • Leading high-performing teams through coaching and mentoring, and guiding larger multidisciplinary teams.
