Graduate security analyst role available at a leading cybersecurity firm.

Your Job Description

The Role:

  • Track and analyze security alerts from various systems to identify potential threats.
  • Assess the severity of threats, recommend fixes, and coordinate responses with internal and external teams.
  • Write clear reports and perform quality checks on playbooks and documentation.
  • Build strong working relationships with peers and clients to ensure smooth teamwork and support.
  • Help improve tools and processes while staying up to date with industry trends.
  • Work flexible hours, including overnight and weekend shifts as required.
About You

Requirements:

  • Final-year student or recent graduate in a relevant field such as Cybersecurity, IT, Computer Science, or related discipline.
  • Proven leadership skills through work, internships, or extracurricular activities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage stakeholders effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset with experience evaluating security incidents and crafting thoughtful responses.
  • Australian citizenship and eligibility to obtain and maintain a Defence security clearance.
