We are seeking a skilled professional to join our Customer Services division as a Quality and Reporting Analyst. In this role, you will be responsible for creating engaging dashboards and reports in various reporting products, supporting divisional projects and enterprise-wide projects, completing monthly divisional reports, identifying data trends and anomalies, and performing data validation and quality checks.

About the Role
  • Develop and maintain high-quality dashboards and reports to drive business insights and decision-making
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project initiatives and ensure successful project delivery
  • Analyze and interpret large datasets to identify trends and anomalies
  • Ensure data accuracy and consistency through rigorous quality checks
Requirements
  • Minimum two years' experience in a similar role within Financial Services
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
  • Proficient in working across multiple technology platforms
  • Proven experience in Office 360 products (incl. Power Apps)
