Job Description:

The successful candidate will be a proactive and detail-oriented business systems analyst who thrives at the intersection of business and technology.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide functional support to business users of a key application
  • Triage and resolve application-related issues, escalating where necessary
  • Maintain and update operational documentation and knowledge base articles
  • Assist with system testing, release deployments, and user acceptance testing
  • Manage application user access and reporting

Requirements:

  • Possess a tertiary qualification in Information Technology or related field
  • Hold a minimum 1 year's experience in a business application support or functional support role
  • Display a strong understanding of business processes and how they relate to enterprise systems
  • Demonstrate experience with issue triaging, root cause analysis, and user support
  • Be familiar with IT service management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or ServiceNow
