About the Role
We are seeking a seasoned Sales Professional to join our team as a Client Relationship Manager.
This key position involves fostering long-term partnerships with clients, ensuring they receive consistent and reliable service support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain day-to-day relationships across assigned logistics customers.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for service, pricing, bookings support and account queries.
- Develop customer-centric plans aligned with business targets.
- Analyze customer performance (volumes, margins, service levels) and address variances proactively.
- Support contract reviews, rate updates and service changes.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Build in-depth understanding of your clients' operations and advocate for their needs within the organization.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience in client management, preferably within logistics or transportation.
- A customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering consistent value.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments.
- Business acumen – understanding how client relationships impact business outcomes.
- An organized and detail-oriented approach, and ability to manage multiple client needs.
- Experience working with logistics providers, 3PLs or agency models (preferred).
