We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented CRM Business Analyst to join our team.
Your primary responsibility will be to gather and analyze business requirements, identify system improvements, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement CRM solutions that drive operational efficiency and enhance customer experiences.
You will work closely with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements related to CRM processes and functionalities, conduct detailed analysis of current CRM system and processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization, perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform CRM strategies and decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
- Conduct detailed analysis of current CRM system and processes.
- Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
You will also develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including business process flows, use cases, and functional specifications, collaborate with IT teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications and ensure successful system implementation, provide end-user training and support during CRM system implementations and enhancements.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects. Strong organizational and time management skills are essential, as well as the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
