Job Description

The Paediatric Intensive Care Unit requires an experienced and skilled administrative officer to provide high-level support to the senior nursing staff. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the unit by providing efficient and effective administrative support.

You will work closely with the Nurse Unit Manager, Associate NUMs, and Clinical Nurse Consultants to achieve the goals and objectives of the unit. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional patient care.

As an administrative officer in this unit, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in areas such as patient records management, data analysis, and quality improvement initiatives. You will also contribute to the development of policies and procedures that impact on the delivery of patient care.
