The Queensland Children's Hospital is Australia's largest and most advanced paediatric facility, featuring over 80,000 square meters of facilities spread across 12 levels. As a specialist paediatric hub, our dedicated network of services ensures that children and young people can access the care they need close to home.
Key Responsibilities:
- To provide quality social work services to patients and families across the continuum of care.
- To work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to provide tertiary-level health services.
- To develop and implement individualized care plans to support patient and family needs.
