Technical Leadership Across Digital Practice

 As a Technical Lead, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality digital solutions across the digital practice.

You will lead a team of front-end and back-end developers in innovating across our website and portals space, creating, improving, and maintaining frameworks, standards, best practices, and principles with regards to digital development within the practice.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop operational readiness strategies and product roadmaps.
  • Lead technical design and build components that meet quality, scalability, and maintainability standards.
  • Guide cross-functional teams in troubleshooting issues, defect resolution, and designing reusable assets.
  • Drive architecture and technical decisions to ensure scalable and high-performance applications.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3+ years' experience as a technical lead in digital practices.
  • 10+ years of IT experience.
  • Knowledge of digital architecture, solution engineering, and entire SDLC lifecycle.
  • Proven Agile/Scrum experience in a large enterprise organization.

Skills and Experience

  • Strong knowledge of backend CMS and DXP systems like Sitecore or Adobe Experience Manager.
  • Proven experience in AWS services, SQL Server, Visual Studio, GIT, CI/CD.
  • Familiarity with web services and APIs (SOAP and REST).
