Lead Digital Transformation Specialist

The role of the Lead Digital Transformation Specialist is to spearhead the digital transformation journey of clients in a specific market.



Main Responsibilities
  • Foster demand for digitally-enabled services with both established and new clients.
  • Implement innovative, digitally-driven ways of delivering engineering, construction, and maintenance activities.
  • Develop and refine BIM and digital engineering practices, identifying skill gaps and changes in capability.
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition to stakeholders and embed changes in project lifecycle practices.


About You

You'll have a relevant tertiary qualification and Accreditation or similar proof of training with industry standards. A solid track record in developing and leading technically capable teams, driving problem-solving, collaboration, and excellence.


This experience will preferably be in project management, design management, asset management, digital design processes, geospatial, or surveying where you'll have a deep understanding of drivers for change in the construction and asset management sector.
