Nurse Transition Specialist

This is a unique opportunity for registered nurses to transition into mental health nursing with support and guidance.
About the Opportunity:- Earn valuable skills in risk assessment, mental state assessment, care planning, and knowledge of mental health nursing care and practice through on-the-job training.
- Gain experience in a dynamic multi-disciplinary team environment.
- Pursue regular professional development opportunities, supervision, and study days to enhance your skills.
You will be based at Alfred Mental & Addiction Health working within either Adult or Aged Mental Health services and Community Care Units. You will have the opportunity to work on a rotating shift work roster.
About You:- Be a Division 1 Registered Nurse with registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia via AHPRA.
- Hold Australian working rights (Visa holders please ensure you upload your visa and passport with your application).
- Provide proof of current Influenza vaccination.
- Be willing to undergo a Background Check.
