About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mine Operations Supervisor to join our Integrated Operations Centre team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading a team of Mine and Maintenance 1 (M1) Controllers, ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our mining fleet management systems. Your expertise will be critical in driving productivity, engagement, and safety outcomes across the supply chain.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate and optimize mining fleet management systems to deliver on production and safety targets.
  • Determine the underlying cause of problems and evaluate multiple solutions to ensure a planned and structured approach to solving complex issues.
  • Identify, engage, and manage a range of diverse internal and external stakeholders.
  • Identify and assess risks, making informed decisions and using BHP's risk management framework to build a risk-aware culture.
  • Prioritize work effort and resources accordingly.
  • Manage new and existing sets of master data, running and cleansing reports to improve data quality.
