Disability Support Professional

Description:

We are seeking experienced and qualified individuals to provide support to people with disabilities in the Goulburn area.

The ideal candidate will possess a qualification in the disability sector, hold a valid Working with Vulnerable People (WWVP) or Working With Children (WWC) check, and have current first aid and CPR certification. A driver's license and registered insured transport is also required.

Preferred candidates will be up to date with COVID-19 vaccinations. We offer a variety of shifts to accommodate different schedules.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing individualized support to participants in their daily lives, including assistance with personal care, domestic tasks, and social activities.

As a Disability Support Worker, you will work independently but as part of a team to ensure high-quality care and support to our participants.

Responsibilities:

  • Communicating effectively with participants, families, and other professionals
Requirements:
