Job Title

A senior business integration professional is required to drive strategic change and lead the development of comprehensive integration roadmaps.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in payroll management and transformation projects, with a strong understanding of upstream/downstream processes and regulatory requirements.

This role involves developing human-centered solutions that improve user experience and streamline business practices.

  • Relevant qualification or equivalent level of knowledge and experience across payroll and business transformation/optimisation projects
  • Extensive experience as a Payroll Manager or Specialist in a complex matrix environment
  • Strong understanding of change management methodologies, tools, and best practices
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
  • Ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels of the organisation
  • Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues, partners and stakeholders both internal and external
