Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Integrated Systems Business Development Professional to join our team in New South Wales.

About the Position

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and forecasting product sales, implementing key business initiatives, and developing and maintaining strategic relationships within the NSW/ACT Territory.

Main Responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales strategies.
  • Driving sales growth through new product launches, trade show participation, and targeted marketing efforts.
  • Providing market intelligence and feedback to inform business decisions.
  • Implementing key business initiatives as directed by senior management.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers and partners.
  • Cultivating a deep understanding of the AV Installation and pro audio market.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 3 years experience in Business Development or Sales.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Seasoned business development skills.
  • Advanced knowledge of the AV Installation and pro audio market.
