Job Description

A challenging opportunity exists for a highly skilled and experienced Operational Support Services Leader to join our dynamic team. As part of the leadership team, you will be responsible for delivering maintenance, engineering, supply, planning, and operational support services to Navy platforms in the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a multidisciplinary team in the navigation of complex operational challenges.
  • Take full responsibility for delivering Maintenance, Engineering, Supply, Planning, and Operational Support Services.
  • Maintain an efficient and effective support system operating within CASG principles.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Demonstrated leadership in delivering support services within a complex stakeholder environment.
  • Experience managing support services within an Australian Defence context.
  • Strong initiative and self-motivation.
  • Sharp attention to detail and analytical problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to build, lead, and support high-performing teams.
