**Role Overview:**

We seek an experienced marketing leader to spearhead our go-to-market strategy for an embedded RPO and AI consultancy. This part-time contract role involves collaborating closely with our founder to devise a market entry plan, establish brand positioning, and create scalable growth strategies.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in marketing leadership for technology, consultancy, or AI-driven businesses. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing the go-to-market strategy, defining and refining brand messaging, leading demand generation strategies, establishing key marketing metrics, and supporting business development through marketing assets and sales enablement.

Required skills and qualifications include extensive experience in senior marketing leadership roles, ideally as CMO or VP of Marketing within technology, consultancy, or AI sectors. The successful candidate will also have demonstrated success in building and executing go-to-market strategies for startups or early-stage ventures, strong expertise in digital marketing and brand strategy, and excellent strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution skills.
